Like Johnny Logan on Acid for an incredible 6th Year Belfast is to host the Belfast World Pong Championship.

When the championships began some said that Pong was just a sporting fad like Football, Tennis or Cheese rolling but 6 years on we’d like to think the critics have been shown a thing or two.

Who will provide a master class in the elemental electronic art of Pong? Will it be last year’s champion German Phil? Or some young fresh faced joystick jamming pretender?

Live commentary and insults will again be supplied by cunning linguists Richard West and Dan Jewesbury. Cinilingus will provide state of the art audience interaction, capturing and projecting the action from various intrusive and revealing angles. The Winner will receive a specially commissioned Pong trophy.
