Itty Bitty Titty Committee is a romantic comedy with a difference. Anna is an insecure, apolitical girl who encounters a radical political art group, falls in love with its leader, Sadie, and transforms from a girl into a woman.

Dumped by her girlfriend, rejected from the only college to which she applied and wearing an A cup in a C cup world Anna laments her life. Leaving the plastic surgery clinic where she works, she encounters Sadie, the sexy leader of a radical punk-feminist group called the CIA (Clits in Action). Anna enters into this secretive world of eradicating phallo-centric & misogynist imagery, embarking on her first radical mission, and feeling alive for the first time.

Things start to go sour when Anna finds out there’s more to Sadie than meets the eye, and the CIA discovers that all of their radical acts are quickly being undone. The only people who really know about their group are its members. Once the CIA becomes disenchanted they dismantle. Can Anna regain her friendships and resurrect the CIA with her brilliant idea?
