Together, alone, trapped. A boy and a girl, high school teenagers, long to escape the world and be alone so they hide in an abandoned factory. There they fall into a trap of their own intention, and get stuck in a cargo elevator. With no-one around to hear them, and no-one knowing their whereabouts, tension soon arise.
This fascinating film, the first feature by Romanian Director George Dorobantu, sees the two characters’ battle with their extreme circumstances and their own realisation that their entire universe is now reduced to within the confines of a metal box. |
