The return of Peter Magic Johnston’s 15 Second Film Festival. A series of high quality, micro-budget films were produced in partnership with Northern Ireland Screen and Filmbase. The project included film-makers on an all-Ireland basis, ensuring a wide range of exciting scripts and styles.
Why 15 seconds? The very first motion pictures made by Edison were shot on 50 foot rolls of film... which is 15 seconds of screen time.
