4TalentNI in association with Belfast Film Festival is hosting a short film workshop for those who have or those who want to make a short film, be it feature or documentary style.
Patrick Uden invented and has been the driving force behind Channel Four’s BAFTA-award winning interactive broadband channel FourDocs and is a consultant to its documentary and interactive department. Both Patrick and Local filmmaker Ben Jones, from Hooptedoodle Productions, will provide an overview of the short film. Ben will demonstrate examples of his work from music videos, short films, documentaries, installation video art, corporate films and community arts projects. Ben will also share his top tips on film making with the audience. Patrick will share his extensive knowledge from the industry.
Free and open to all. Bring your ideas and work along for Ben to comment on the day!
