Terry George is one of Ireland’s most successful screenwriters and directors his work includes Reservation Road (2007) Hotel Rwanda (2004), In The Name of The Father (1993, with Jim Sheridan) both BAFTA and Academy Award nominated. Some Mother’s Son (1996) The Boxer (1997). Other credits include Hart’s War (2002) and A Bright Shining Lie (1998).
He is co-creator and executive producer of the American prime time drama series The District.
Terry’s masterclass will examine the similarities and differences in writing for TV, Film and the internet, the art of characterization and the subjects of plot, structure and dialogue.
